How Sorting Works in Docspace

You can easily sort your Docspace based on different criteria. Here’s how the sorting functionality works:

Sorting Options

1. A-Z (Alphabetical Order): - Sorts the Docspace in ascending alphabetical order. - Docspaces starting with “A” will appear at the top, and those starting with “Z” at the bottom.

2. Z-A (Reverse Alphabetical Order): - Sorts the items in descending alphabetical order. - Docspaces starting with “Z” will appear at the top, and those starting with “A” at the bottom.

3. Oldest to Latest (By Date): - Sorts the items by the creation or modification date, starting from the oldest items. - Docspaces created earlier will appear at the top, while newer ones will be at the bottom.

4. Latest to Oldest (By Date): - Sorts the items starting from the most recent. - Docspaces created most recently will appear at the top, with older ones at the bottom.
