List View in Docspace

Docspace offers a list view option for a more compact and detailed display of your content.

How to Use List View

1. Look for the list icon in the Docspace interface.

2. Click on the list icon.

3. The view will change from the default (grid view) to a list format.

Benefits of List View

• Displays more items on a single screen.

• Shows additional details at a glance (e.g., modification date, file size).

• Allows for easier scanning and sorting of large numbers of items.
