How to Copy

To copy files or folders, follow these steps:

  1. Select Files or Folders:

    • Choose one or more files or folders.

    • Click on the “More” icon (⋮).

  2. Choose the Copy Action:

    • From the options, click on the Copy action.

    • A popup window will appear.

  3. Select Destination Application:

    • In the popup, select the application you want to copy the files or folders to.

  4. Choose Destination Docspace:

    • Select the Docspace inside the chosen application.

  • Copy to Root Level:

    • If copying to the root level (without selecting any specific folder):

    • Click on the Copy button.

      OR

  • Alternatively (Nested folder):

    • Copy to a Folder :

    • Select a folder within the Docspace.

    • Click on the Copy button to complete the action.
